I ordered one to give it a try in my new house in Sweden.
Well, I will order a lot more now; one for each room to have a open window without insects.
Compared to other branches (all expensive) the price is nice.
It is a young factory. I wish them succes!
Fixing with the little screws is a bit complicated.
They drop off and fall inside the side.
So a good method for me was:
– I placed it completely together at the right place.
– Drilled small holes in the wood through the openings at the front side.
– Placed the two sides back on the floor lying on two shelves.
– Then I put in the screws in the small holes with a magnetic screwdriver.
– Hold the scews back when you take out the screwdriver.
– Lift up a little and fiix the outcoming screws at the backside with a little glue, so the do not drop out.
– Put it together again with the roll and put it up to the right place; first about 1 cm from the wall.
– Keep it slightly slanted from top to bottom.
– Start fixing at the upside.
Than it will be fixed in 5 minutes.

Måtten var perfekta etc. Drar dock ned en stjärna då jag tyckte installationen var rätt komplicerad (utsida av fönster) exempelvis var väldigt lätt att skruvar ramlade in i skenorna när man skulle hitta in i hålen och då var de svåra att få ut. Jag löste det till slut genom att tejpa fast skruvarna i hålen innan jag monterade. Detta kunde nog ha lösts bättre designmässigt.

Jag rekommenderar köp!

Men det var svårt att montera ramen, att får de små skruvarna genom ramens u-profil och skruvar fast på fönsterkarmen.

Men en liten idé är en halvrund gummilist i botten i stället för den där kammen. En halvrund ihålig gummilist kanske skulle hålla mer tätt den formar sig efter underlaget och ger utrymme för större chans att det blir tätt, bara en tanke. Jag är jätte nöjd
